FitLiftLog is a fitness tracking application that helps you log workouts, track PRs, build routines, and receive AI‑generated feedback. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean FitLiftLog.
By accessing or using FitLiftLog, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use FitLiftLog. If you are under the age of majority, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
FitLiftLog is offered via a subscription: $1.99/month or $14.99/year, following a 7‑day free trial. Prices may change with notice. Payments are handled by our third‑party processor (e.g., Stripe). Taxes may apply. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from your account or the marketplace where you subscribed. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. After the trial, charges are non‑refundable except where required by law. Cancelation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund past periods.
We grant you a limited, personal, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the service. You agree not to: (a) misuse the service; (b) attempt to access without authorization; (c) reverse engineer; (d) interfere with or disrupt the service; or (e) use it for unlawful purposes.
You retain ownership of the content you enter (e.g., workouts, notes). You grant us a limited license to process that content to provide features like logging, analytics, and AI feedback in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We collect and process data to operate the service, improve features, and provide AI feedback. We do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details about data categories, retention, and your choices.
FitLiftLog may integrate with third‑party services (e.g., Supabase for data, Stripe for payments). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services.
FitLiftLog’s AI‑generated feedback, tips, and recommendations are for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI system provides insights based on user‑entered data, not a professional evaluation. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or modifying any exercise, nutrition, or wellness program. Use of AI features and exercise guidance is at your own discretion and risk. FitLiftLog and its affiliates are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from reliance on AI or other information provided by the service.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FitLiftLog and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may modify the service or these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on this page or notify you via the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Jurisdiction and venue lie in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
